As a passionate, strategic and result-driven leader with regional exposure, Alice has been dedicated to provide supports to Hong Kong start-ups for more than a decade. Before she joined Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited in 2011, she supported the design-related start-ups for years at the Hong Kong and Science Technology Parks. She has also worked for multinational companies in plastic resins, chemical and pharmaceutical businesses, with an extensive business background in regional markets which require a deep understanding of multicultural and multi-ethnic working practices. Currently as the Head of Entrepreneurship, Alice leads the Entrepreneurship Team to nurture talents and assist startups at different life stages to accelerate in the digital tech industry worldwide, through the Cyberport Creative Micro Fund and the Cyberport Incubation Programme with financial support and professional services. She also drives the integration of traditional and new economies through adopting more innovative solutions as well as strengthens the collaboration of different stakeholders to foster the development of local industries and the economy.

With a Degree in Public and Social Administration and a Master in Engineering Business Management, Alice continues to equip herself with knowledge of business and technology trends, as well as to support and empower those around her to push the boundaries of their capabilities to become their best selves. She believes very strongly in the importance of people developing entrepreneurial mindset, no matter they are in the role of a student or an employee. Alice has been in the judging and assessment panels for signature technology awards and innovation funding schemes including the Smart People Award of Hong Kong ICT Awards, the Jumpstarter 2017 of Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund, 2019 MIT Inclusive Innovation Challenge, the Technovation and the TSSSU fundings of universities, etc. Alice is a Council Member of the Hong Kong Computer Society (2021-22) and a Project Management Professional of the Project Management Institute.

Prior to joining Cyberport, Mr. Lee had held senior management positions in large IT service companies in Hong Kong, including the Vice President, Service Management of iAdvantage Limited, and the Executive Director and Chief Technology Officer of Computer and Technologies Holdings limited.

Andrew Lo

Mr. Lo Ching Leung Andrew, is the Chief Executive Officer and executive director of the Crystal International Group Limited (listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange, stock code: 2232), one of the world largest apparel manufacturers. With around 30 years of experience in the apparel manufacturing industry, he is now primarily responsible for formulating and overseeing the overall development strategies and operation of the Group.

Mr. Lo served as a softgoods sub-committee member of The Hong Kong Exporters’ Association from 2003 to 2007, as well as a director of the Hong Kong Research Institute of Textiles and Apparel from 2010 to 2016. He has been a director of the Textile Council of Hong Kong Limited since 2014. Mr. Lo was a member of the Textiles Advisory Board from 2013 to 2018 and was a member of the Trade and Industry Advisory Board from 2017 to 2019. He has been a director of Law’s Foundation Limited since 2018.

Mr. Lo graduated from the University of Toronto with a bachelor’s degree in arts.

Mr. Li Wai Kwan Andy, is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Crystal International Group Limited (listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange, stock code: 2232), one of the world largest apparel manufacturers. Prior to that, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Zhuhai Dahengqin Company Limited, a state owned enterprise which is established by the order of China State Council and ultimately owned by the Heng Qin Free Trade Zone Administrative Committee. Mr. Li was previously the managing director of a listed private equity fund; the vice president of a centralized Chinese state owned enterprise; and the vice president of finance of a blue chip listed company in Hong Kong.

Mr. Li is one of the 122 national distinguished experts recognized by All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese. Carrie Lee

Carrie Ng

Carrie is an International Manager at HSBC and has worked internationally with the bank throughout her career. She is currently Head of Sustainable Finance for HSBC Hong Kong Commercial Banking where she is responsible for driving the ESG agenda in the business. Prior to this, Carrie was Head of Commercial Banking in Guernsey for HSBC where, in addition to running the commercial banking business, she led the launch of the Sustainable Finance Proposition for the bank in Channel Islands and Isle of Man and sat on various government and industry green strategy groups. Carrie has also worked in multiple cities in Asia and Europe managing corporates of various sizes and leading internal change programmes for HSBC.

Carrie is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion as well as international trade, having spoken at forums such as the UK All-Party Parliamentary Groups Roundtable to advise UK MPs. She was named one of the Top 50 Ethnic Minority Future Leaders by EMPower and Yahoo Finance in 2019.

Charles Li

Charles is a venture investing veteran and a serial entrepreneur in China market. Before moved to HK in 2008, he was an engineer and researcher in materials science and supply chain management in one of China's largest SOE. Charles joined HKSTP Capital team from 2016.

Prior to HKSTP, Charles worked for a Hong Kong based family office as managing director and steering committee member. He is also an early adopter of Bitcoin and Ethereum. He advises tech startups on their financing and fundraising under the capacity of HKSTP. Charles is well connected in the community of venture capital and private equity professionals in Hong Kong as well as in mainland China. Charles holds a MBA degree from the University of Hong Kong, and a bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering.

Cindy Ho

Damien Wu

Dr. Ming GE

He has a monograph and has published more than 10 papers in reputable international journals. He owns 8 invention patents and more than 10 utility model patents. He is the Visiting Professor at Guizhou University, Visiting Research Fellow at Shenzhen Institute of Robotics and Intelligent Manufacturing of CUHK, member of the editorial board of the Journal of Applied Scientific Research, Senior Member of IEEE and Fellow of HKIE.

Felix also serves as Non-executive Director of ClouDr Group, an Independent Non-executive Director of China Resources Medical (1515:HK) and Asymchem Laboratories (002821.SZ). Felix has extensive experience in law, finance and the healthcare industry. Gary Liu

Helen So leads the Arts Innovation team in policy research and advocacy at Our Hong Kong Foundation, the largest public policy thinktank in Hong Kong. In 2020, her team's policy recommendation proposal on the topic of Arts Tech was Hong Kong's first-of-the-kind to actively call to action the arts and technology sectors to work together, and its key recommendations were subsequently adopted by the Chief Executive in her Policy Address 2020 and 2021. The team now continues to monitor closely, the implementation of these new policies.

Helen's public service includes various advisory roles appointed by the Hong Kong Government: she currently serves as Member of the Advisory Committee on Arts Development, and Member of the Museum Advisory Committee. She is also Director of the Hong Kong Palace Museum Board under the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority. Ms So holds a Master of Studies (MSt) in Musicology & Ethnomusicology at St. Catherine's College, University of Oxford. She is a cellist and continues to perform today.

Henry Lai

Henry has more than 20 years of corporate investment and entrepreneurship experience. He has been instrumental in building and leading the Business and Investment Support team assisting over 1000 companies in Science Park in fund raising and business/ strategic consulting; while managing over 1000 investors in local and overseas investor network.

Prior to joining HKSTP, Henry had over 12 years corporate investment and business development experience, and worked for a wide range of China and international businesses/ projects. He had extensive and practical exposure in various industrial sectors, e.g. corporate investment, manufacturing, importing and exporting, commodity trading, retailing, etc. He had been dedicated to leading corporate investment, M&A, business consultation projects for at least 8 years before he joined HKSTP.

Furthermore, Henry had also managed his family-owned factory, direct investment and importing/ exporting business in China. Henry holds a Master degree of Corporate Finance and professional qualifications in Corporate Governance/ Directorship and China Business Law.

Jaff Lau

Joyce is the core workgroup member in formulating HSBC GBA+ Healthcare Fund launched on 31 August 2021 to support fast-growing and early-stage healthcare companies in the region.
