She has also worked for multinational companies in plastic resins, chemical and pharmaceutical businesses, with an extensive business background in regional markets which require a deep understanding of multicultural and multi-ethnic working practices. Currently as the Head of Entrepreneurship, Alice leads the Entrepreneurship Team to nurture talents and assist startups at different life stages to accelerate in the digital tech industry worldwide, through the Cyberport Creative Micro Fund and the Cyberport Incubation Programme with financial support and professional services. She also drives the integration of traditional and new economies through adopting more innovative solutions as well as strengthens the collaboration of different stakeholders to foster the development of local industries and the economy.

Mr. Lee has over 33 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. He is currently the Head of Information and Communication Technology in Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited. Prior to joining Cyberport, Mr. Lee had held senior management positions in large IT service companies in Hong Kong, including the Vice President, Service Management of iAdvantage Limited, and the Executive Director and Chief Technology Officer of Computer and Technologies Holdings limited.
Mr. Lee holds a Master degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Hong Kong.
Mr. Lo Ching Leung Andrew, is the Chief Executive Officer and executive director of the Crystal International Group Limited (listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange, stock code: 2232), one of the world largest apparel manufacturers. With around 30 years of experience in the apparel manufacturing industry, he is now primarily responsible for formulating and overseeing the overall development strategies and operation of the Group.
Mr. Lo served as a softgoods sub-committee member of The Hong Kong Exporters’ Association from 2003 to 2007, as well as a director of the Hong Kong Research Institute of Textiles and Apparel from 2010 to 2016. He has been a director of the Textile Council of Hong Kong Limited since 2014. Prior to that, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Zhuhai Dahengqin Company Limited, a state owned enterprise which is established by the order of China State Council and ultimately owned by the Heng Qin Free Trade Zone Administrative Committee. Mr. Li was previously the managing director of a listed private equity fund; the vice president of a centralized Chinese state owned enterprise; and the vice president of finance of a blue chip listed company in Hong Kong.

Carrie Lee is currently the Head of Customer Portfolio Management for HSBC Business Banking in Hong Kong. She leads a team to work with start-up fintechs and payment intermediaries to connect conventional banking solutions with new payment technologies. She is also a forerunner to navigate between business needs and anti-money laundering compliance under the regulatory regime.
With over a decade of experience in commercial banking, Carrie had held various roles including client coverage, product development, strategy implementation as well as risk management. She graduated from Imperial College of London in the United Kingdom with a degree in Mathematics.
Carrie is an International Manager at HSBC and has worked internationally with the bank throughout her career. She is currently Head of Sustainable Finance for HSBC Hong Kong Commercial Banking where she is responsible for driving the ESG agenda in the business. Prior to this, Carrie was Head of Commercial Banking in Guernsey for HSBC where, in addition to running the commercial banking business, she led the launch of the Sustainable Finance Proposition for the bank in Channel Islands and Isle of Man and sat on various government and industry green strategy groups. Carrie has also worked in multiple cities in Asia and Europe managing corporates of various sizes and leading internal change programmes for HSBC.

Charles is a venture investing veteran and a serial entrepreneur in China market. Before moved to HK in 2008, he was an engineer and researcher in materials science and supply chain management in one of China's largest SOE. Charles joined HKSTP Capital team from 2016.
Prior to HKSTP, Charles worked for a Hong Kong based family office as managing director and steering committee member. He is also an early adopter of Bitcoin and Ethereum. He advises tech startups on their financing and fundraising under the capacity of HKSTP. Charles is well connected in the community of venture capital and private equity professionals in Hong Kong as well as in mainland China. Charles holds a MBA degree from the University of Hong Kong, and a bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering.

Helen So leads the Arts Innovation team in policy research and advocacy at Our Hong Kong Foundation, the largest public policy thinktank in Hong Kong. In 2020, her team's policy recommendation proposal on the topic of Arts Tech was Hong Kong's first-of-the-kind to actively call to action the arts and technology sectors to work together, and its key recommendations were subsequently adopted by the Chief Executive in her Policy Address 2020 and 2021. The team now continues to monitor closely, the implementation of these new policies.
Helen's public service includes various advisory roles appointed by the Hong Kong Government: she currently serves as Member of the Advisory Committee on Arts Development, and Member of the Museum Advisory Committee. She is also Director of the Hong Kong Palace Museum Board under the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority. Ms So holds a Master of Studies (MSt) in Musicology & Ethnomusicology at St. Catherine's College, University of Oxford. She is a cellist and continues to perform today.
Henry has more than 20 years of corporate investment and entrepreneurship experience. He has been instrumental in building and leading the Business and Investment Support team assisting over 1000 companies in Science Park in fund raising and business/ strategic consulting; while managing over 1000 investors in local and overseas investor network.
Prior to joining HKSTP, Henry had over 12 years corporate investment and business development experience, and worked for a wide range of China and international businesses/ projects. He had extensive and practical exposure in various industrial sectors, e.g. corporate investment, manufacturing, importing and exporting, commodity trading, retailing, etc. He had been dedicated to leading corporate investment, M&A, business consultation projects for at least 8 years before he joined HKSTP.
Furthermore, Henry had also managed his family-owned factory, direct investment and importing/ exporting business in China. Henry holds a Master degree of Corporate Finance and professional qualifications in Corporate Governance/ Directorship and China Business Law.

Ricky Choi is the Senior Manager and Lead of the Smart Living Cluster at Cyberport and is responsible for promoting and driving Smart Living Cluster in particular EdTech, HealthTech, Smart Mobility, Robotics / IoT, Environmental Tech, Smart Building, MarTech, RetailTech / E-Commerce development across Hong Kong and the region, as well as building a future abundant with opportunities for the younger generations to innovate by partnering with industry partners, associations, and ecosystem stakeholders.
Mr. Choi has over 20 years' experience in the Smart Living and Retail Technology industries, from facilitating start-ups launch and conquering the automation frontier for retail and foodservices businesses, to helping brands connect and engage with customers through technologies. Prior to joining Cyberport, Choi had held various senior positions in business development and operations management in Tech Start-ups, Smart Retail, FMCG, Food & Beverages, Wholesale & Distribution sectors. Mr. Choi has been active in public services related to education, industrial training and youth development.
Mr. Choi holds a BA (Hons) degree in Industrial Design from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, a Master of Arts degree in Architecture from Kingston University, London, an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and completed the Executive Education of Technology & Innovation Management Programme from Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
Rico Tang is Senior Manager, Fintech Team Lead of Cyberport. Rico is leading the development of Cyberport's FinTech and blockchain eco-system among different stakeholders including start-ups, mid-sized and established players by driving strategic initiatives, collaboration and community building.
Mr. Tang has over 20 years of experience in financial technology, exchange business, global market data, regional business management and pension fund. Prior to joining Cyberport, he was the founder of a HK based blockchain technology company; and had also held various senior positions in global financial technology company and financial institutions, including Thomson Reuters and Reuters Hong Kong Fund Management.
Mr. Tang holds a BA. (Hon) degree in Accounting and Financial Management from University of Essex, and a Master degree in Business Administration from City University of Hong Kong.
Ronie leads and manages the strategy, operations and development of RS Group's activities in HK and globally. RS Group is a mid-sized HK-based family office committed to creating a paradigm shift in people's values and priorities so that economic growth will support, instead of jeopardize, human development and environmental sustainability. She led the launch of the RS Group Impact Report in 2016 and the incubation of the Sustainable Finance Initiative (SFi) in 2018, a private investor community platform that aims to drive demand and promote sustainable finance in HK. Ronie is an Advisor to and Shareholder Member of SFi.
Currently, she is driving the “Natural Capital Initiative”, aimed at deploying catalytic capital to support innovative investment solutions that can protect and enhance natural capital in Asia. Projects under this initiative include a US$3 million blended finance funding window, as well as the development of a “Nature Venture Builder” for Asia. The latter is aimed at supporting nature-based businesses and investment models by providing funding and hands-on venture support to entrepreneurs in Asia, until they reach a stage of attracting institutional capital.

Ronie has over 15 years of banking & finance experience. Prior to joining RS Group in 2014, she spent a total of 12 years at HSBC across various roles (CEO office, Strategy, Investment Banking). During this period, she also acted as the Secretary of the Hong Kong Association of Banks in 2012. Ronie was born in Hong Kong and graduated from the University of New South Wales in Sydney with merit and a double degree in finance and marketing, Bachelor of Commerce.
Salina currently leads the Innovative Business and Ecosystem Partnership team of Commercial Banking HSBC, driving the bank’s proactive engagement with the innovation and technology ecosystem, delivering banking and beyond banking support to start-ups and entrepreneurs in turning their business vision into reality. Prior to that, Salina had extensive experience covering strategy formulation and implementation in various financial institutions and management consulting.
Salina holds a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration and a Master’s Degree of Corporate Communications from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Sammi is the Founding Member and Head of the Hong Kong-based HKSTP Venture Fund, the venture capital arm of Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP). He oversees all the transaction executions, portfolio strategy and strategic partnership development since the inception of HKSTP Venture Fund in September 2015. The AUM of HKSTP Venture Fund has grown by 12 times throughout Sammi's six-year tenure. He has 10+ years of direct investment experience across industrials, real estate and various technology sectors in Greater China, Southeast Asia, Silicon Valley and the UK. He is a graduate of Saïd Business School, Oxford University with distinction and obtained CFA Charterholder qualification.
Sharon Yang (Hong Kong) joined KKR in 2009. She is currently a member of the Global Impact team in Asia, focused on investment opportunities where financial performance and societal impact are intrinsically aligned. Previously, she was involved in the Firm's capital raising and capital markets activities as a product specialist across private equity, growth equity and real estate, and held responsibilities across various portfolio, strategy and operating roles within KKR Asia. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Yang was with J.P. Morgan in New York. She holds a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Columbia University.
Shirley Li is the Head of Funds Coverage in HSBC Commercial Banking. The Team provides dedicated and strategic relationship coverage to the Private Equity and Venture Capital community in HK and Greater China.
In addition to bringing the full range of solutions to meet the needs of private equity and venture capital funds, the Team is also looking to actively support the broader needs of Funds’ partners, employees and portfolio companies through the extensive HSBC banking network across Asia and beyond.
Before joining HSBC, Shirley has more than 12 years of experience working in financial industry in both Hong Kong and US market. She obtained an MBA degree from the University of California, Irvine and is a CFA Charter Holder.
Ka is a member of the HKSTP Venture Fund responsible for growth-stage investment opportunities. Ka started his career in corporate banking and began his corporate venture investment career with HKSTP Venture Fund. After spending 2 years at a Sogo Sosha, Ka recently rejoined HKSTP Venture Fund hoping to contribute to Hong Kong's startup ecosystem.
Tony joined Gobi's Hong Kong office in 2016 and currently focuses on the startup ecosystem in the city. He helps to manage the Alibaba Hong Kong Entrepreneurs Fund (AHKEF) and covers high potential startups within the Greater Bay Area (GBA) technology ecosystem. Tony accumulated extensive experience in growing high-tech businesses from his two startups related to financial technology (FinTech) and big data for fashion. He was in charge of the overall product roadmap and management, business development, operation, technical infrastructure design & implementation, user experience design as well as fundraising of the companies. Tony received his B.Eng. in Computer Engineering and B.B.A. in Financial Engineering from the double degree programme in The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Vanessa Huang is currently a General Partner at BVCF Management. Ms. Huang has over 20 years of experience in healthcare and investment banking in the U.S. and Hong Kong. Prior to joining BVCF Management, she was the Head of Emerging Asia Healthcare Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan. Ms. Huang has biotech industry experience at Amgen, Inc. Ms. Huang is a member of the Biotech Advisory Panel of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and a member of the Admission Panel of the Incu-Bio Incubation Programme of the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation. Ms. Huang holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Vincent works for HSBC as Senior Manager, Wholesale Digital & Change. Vincent focuses on the commercialisation and strategic development of Digital Channels of Commercial Banking in HSBC Hong Kong, enabling business growth and customer experience excellence. Vincent had experience also in information & cyber risk management as well as process reengineering.
William joined HSBC Commercial Banking in 2013 as Management Associate and he currently focuses on driving innovation and growth initiatives in HSBC Commercial Banking, providing business insight and overseeing proposition and customer experience design. Prior to joining the Innovation and Growth team, William has accumulated extensive commercial banking experience including managing a portfolio of startups and high-growth innovation and technology enterprises, helping them to leverage on banks’ support to thrive the business, as well as building strategic collaboration and partnership with external organizations in the startup industry.
William holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance from University of Warwick and Master Degree in Corporate Finance from Cass Business School.
