Akiko Yamashita is a Japanese artist best known for projection mapping and light installations, currently based in Los Angeles. Her artworks explore visual illusions created with 3D animation inspired by patterns and movements in nature and the full spectrum of prism colors. Often her works transform physical objects or space into another dimension with animated lights.

Akina has over 20 years of experience in change management, innovative technology, consulting, finance, hospitality and global sales operations management experience starting from the Silicon Valley to worldwide. Mr Alfred Sit joined the Government as Assistant Electrical and Mechanical Engineer in 1984 and was promoted to Chief Electrical and Mechanical Engineer in 2001, to Government Electrical and Mechanical Engineer in 2007, to Deputy Director of Electrical and Mechanical Services in 2011. He was Director of Electrical and Mechanical Services and Electrical and Mechanical Services Trading Fund General Manager since October 2017. On 22 April 2020, Mr Sit was appointed Secretary for Innovation and Technology.
Mr Sit is an electrical engineer by profession and has over 30 years’ experience in public administration. He is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. He was the President of the Hong Kong Institution of Facility Management and Chairman of the Biomedical Division of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers.
Mr Sit holds the Associateship in Electrical Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic and a master degree in Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He has also attended the Harvard Business School.
Alison joined Alibaba Group in 2021 as Managing Editor of its corporate newsroom Alizila. Alison is an award-winning, multimedia editor with over two decades of experience in journalism at publications including The Wall Street Journal, Reuters and most recently, the South China Morning Post. In her career, she has worked as a financial and business correspondent in Tokyo, London, Milan, Paris and for the last 11 years in Hong Kong. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Politics from Durham University.
Mr. Lo Ching Leung Andrew, is the Chief Executive Officer and executive director of the Crystal International Group Limited (listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange, stock code: 2232), one of the world largest apparel manufacturers. With around 30 years of experience in the apparel manufacturing industry, he is now primarily responsible for formulating and overseeing the overall development strategies and operation of the Group.
Mr. Lo served as a softgoods sub-committee member of The Hong Kong Exporters’ Association from 2003 to 2007, as well as a director of the Hong Kong Research Institute of Textiles and Apparel from 2010 to 2016. Carrie is an International Manager at HSBC and has worked internationally with the bank throughout her career. She is currently Head of Sustainable Finance for HSBC Hong Kong Commercial Banking where she is responsible for driving the ESG agenda in the business. Prior to this, Carrie was Head of Commercial Banking in Guernsey for HSBC where, in addition to running the commercial banking business, she led the launch of the Sustainable Finance Proposition for the bank in Channel Islands and Isle of Man and sat on various government and industry green strategy groups. Carrie has also worked in multiple cities in Asia and Europe managing corporates of various sizes and leading internal change programmes for HSBC.

Mr. Christopher Wu is a Managing Director of Blue Pool Capital where he focuses on venture capital, cryptocurrencies, and private equity investments globally. Prior to joining Blue Pool, Mr. Wu worked at Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia in Hong Kong and The Carlyle Group in New York where he focused on U.S. buyout investment opportunities in the telecommunications and media sectors. He started his career in New York with UBS. Mr. Wu received his BS from Carnegie Mellon University and MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.

Cindy Chow has been the Executive Director of the Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund since 2015. David Siegel is a computer scientist, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. He co-founded Two Sigma, a financial sciences company, with the belief that innovative technology and data science could help discover value in the world’s data. Today, Two Sigma drives transformations across the financial services industry in investment management, venture capital, private equity, and insurance.
David’s philanthropic efforts underscore his conviction that education, science, and technology are the keys to a better world. In keeping with this vision, he founded Siegel Family Endowment in 2011 to support organizations and leaders that will understand and shape the impact of technology on society.

Mr Simmonds is responsible for CLP Group strategic planning and the strategy agenda as well as driving the Group’s sustainability agenda and ensuring that it is embedded into the business.

Prior to joining Cyberport, Chan was a Director at HGC Global Communication; and has held various senior positions in global telecom and IT services companies. Ir. Chan has been active in public services including education, industrial training, professional bodies and charitable organisations. Chan is a frequent speaker at conferences and serves on the judging panels of many international ICT and innovation awards.

Gary Liu is CEO of the South China Morning Post, a global news media company that has reported on China and Asia for more than a century. Gary was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2019.
Prior to joining the SCMP in January 2017, Gary was CEO of Digg, spearheading the New York startup’s transformation from aggregator to a data-driven news platform. Previously, Gary was Head of Labs at Spotify, after joining the company as Global Director of Ad Product Strategy. Gary has also worked at AOL and Google.

Joe Tsai joined our company in 1999 as one of our 18 founders. He served as our chief financial officer until May 2013 and is currently the executive vice chairman of the company. Joe oversees Alibaba's strategic acquisitions and investments. He has been a member of our board of directors since our inception, and is a founding member of the Alibaba Partnership, serving on our partnership committee.

Mr Johnny Chan is the Chief Investment Officer of Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited and is mainly responsible for managing the Cyberport Macro Fund. He leads the investment strategies and all aspect of the Fund’s developments. He also oversees the relationship management and development of the Cyberport Investor Network (CIN). He was a member of the Cyberport Advisory Panel until September 2018.
Possessing 35 years of experience in the banking and investment fields, Mr Chan had held various senior-level positions previously. He is the CIO of Softech Investment Management, which has been the manager of the Government’s Applied Research Fund since 2000. He was the Founder/CEO of Crosby Capital Limited from 2000 to 2013, Chairman and CIO of Crosby Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited until 2016.
Mr Chan also served different advisory committees, including the Advisory Committee of the Innovation of Technology Commission and numerous committees of the HKTDC.

Mr Kenny Koo Sing-fai has been Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Hutchison Telecommunications Hong Kong Holdings Limited (HTHKH or the company) since August 2018. He joined the HWL Group in 2006 and became Director of Enterprise and International Business of the company in 2014. He led the corporate market and international services, business and development aspects of the mobile business until 2015 when joined Hutchison Asia Telecom Group (HAT) as Chief Commercial Officer of Vietnamobile and General Manager - International Services , overseeing and managing HAT’s mobile operations in high-growth markets such as Vietnam and Indonesia. Prior to Noah, Kenny was Global Senior Partner of McKinsey & Company, as a co-leader of its Asia Financial Institutional Practice serving leading financial institutions in 13 markets in Asia. He was one of the fastest rising partners of McKinsey in Asia when elected a Global Partner six years after he joined McKinsey. He was Chairman of McKinsey’s Evaluation Committee in Greater China. Mr. Leiming Chen serves as Senior Vice President of Ant Group, responsible for International Public Policy and Government Affairs. Mr. Chen joined Ant Group in March 2016 and served as our general counsel from March 2016 to May 2020. In his day-to-day responsibilities, Mr. Chen undertakes a broad range of public policy and regulatory engagement with respect to Ant Group’s international business activities.
Prior to joining Ant Group, Mr. Chen was a Partner of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, a New York-based international law firm, where he worked on a variety of equity and debt offerings and mergers and acquisitions, including his lead role in advising Alibaba Group in its initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange in 2014. Mr. Chen has extensive experience in corporate governance and regulatory matters. Mr. Chen is qualified to practice law in the State of New York and is a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong.
Mr. Chen received his J.D. in 1994 from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University in Toronto, Canada.
Mr Nelson Chow has been appointed to the present position from 1 September 2016 with responsibilities for facilitating the healthy development of the fintech ecosystem in Hong Kong and promoting Hong Kong as a fintech hub in Asia. He joined the HKMA in 2004 and was responsible for the supervision of banks’ technology risk management and business continuity planning as well as the formulation of related policies and guidelines. He was the Deputy Chief Representative of the New York Office in 2010. After returning to Hong Kong in 2013, he took up responsibilities to supervise banks’ operational risk management and perform macro-prudential data analysis. Prior to joining the HKMA, Mr Chow was a Vice President of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. responsible for information risk management of the Asia Pacific region.
Nicolas Aguzin joined HKEX as Chief Executive Officer on 24 May 2021 from J.P. Morgan, where he was most recently Chief Executive Officer of J.P. Morgan’s International Private Bank. Mr Aguzin has been based in Hong Kong since 2012.
From 2013 to 2020, Mr Aguzin was CEO, J.P. Morgan, Asia Pacific where he was responsible for all the firm’s business across 17 markets. Mr Aguzin presided over some of the firm’s major expansion efforts during the period, including establishing itself in China as one of the few international financial institutions with a full range of services and capabilities; including a fully-owned locally incorporated commercial bank, a majority-owned securities company, an asset management company and a futures and options company. Concurrent with his Asia CEO role, Mr Aguzin also ran J.P. Morgan’s Investment Banking division in Asia. During his tenure the bank rose to become one of the leading investment banks in the Asia Pacific region.
Mr Aguzin joined J.P. Morgan in 1990 in Buenos Aires as a financial analyst. Between 1990 and 2005, he held a variety of roles in New York and Buenos Aires, and in 2005 he was appointed as CEO, Latin America. In 2008 and 2009, in addition to his responsibilities as CEO, Latin America and Head of Latin America Investment Banking, he served as Senior Country Officer for Brazil.
Mr Aguzin holds a bachelor degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in the US and is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
Raymond Wong, Head of Investment, Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP), manages the HKSTP Venture Fund and Investor Engagement departments. He has over 25 years of extensive financial services experience in venture capital, private equity investment, and investment banking in Asia Pacific. Prior to HKSTP, Raymond was with HSBC Private Equity Asia for 16 years. In 2017 he set up the Dalton Learning Lab, an afterschool lab environment that supplements Hong Kong students with skills not emphasized by the local education system, including
divergent thinking and design thinking. He is the founder of ThinkBlaze, the research arm of
Outblaze investigating socially meaningful issues in technology.
Yat has earned numerous accolades including Global Leader of Tomorrow at the World Economic Forum, and Young Entrepreneur of the Year at the DHL/SCMP Awards.
A classically trained musician, Yat is a member of the advisory board of BAFTA (British Academy of Film and Television Arts) and a director of the Asian Youth Orchestra.
Akiko Yamashita is a Japanese artist best known for projection mapping and light installations, currently based in Los Angeles. Her artworks explore visual illusions created with 3D animation inspired by patterns and movements in nature and the full spectrum of prism colors. Often her works transform physical objects or space into another dimension with animated lights.
Yamashita enjoys working with music, fashion and architecture providing solutions to light up the environment. Her light hallway Portal (2015) won A’Design Silver Awards. Interactive flower projection Hana Fubuki (2019) was exhibited in the Main Gallery at Artechouse DC as a part of In Peaks Bloom exhibition. She was featured in Apple keynote’s films as one of the new generation of makers.
Bauhinia is an Impact Venture Builder and the Founder of Anima Ventures, the first female-focused Venture Builder in Hong Kong. Anima Ventures' mission is to actively co-create, support, and innovate with female founders. She believes in building businesses with "purpose" and advocates passionately for youth, diversity, and inclusion, including gender and cognitive diversity.
As a multihatter, she often collaborates, moderates, and co-hosts workshops, panels and seminars in support of women across tech, startups and ventures, from AmCham Hong Kong to the annual Asian Financial Forum. She is most excited about synthesizing ideas and innovation across different verticals and in Web 3.0.
Bauhinia started her career in Finance, trading FX and STIR at Credit Suisse in London and Zurich. Post-Finance, she returned to Hong Kong and delved into startups as a Market Launcher for an HR-Tech startup. Charles Lai is a British Architect and researcher in the history and conservation of Hong Kong and Asian modern architecture. He received his PhD degree in architectural history from the University of Hong Kong Department of Architecture, and a diploma degree from the AA School of Architecture in London. He currently teaches at PolyU and HKU Space. Charles is also a member of the DOCOMOMO HK Chapter.
Charles is currently a partner of the architectural studio aona and co-founder of a digital marketing and experience curatorial company Culture Lab. and focuses primarily on research and curatorial works. Charles also writes regularly for academic journals and columns. His research interests include the history of modern architecture in East and Southeast Asia, the material culture and history of Shanghai plaster, as well as the conservation of historical built heritages. His latest co-authored book, ‘The Lost Pioneers - 25 modernist buildings in Hong Kong’ was published in Jun 2021.
She began her career in consulting where she led digital transformation across several industries and has since focused on the fashion supply chain, starting in the corporate venture arm of the world's largest consumer goods supply chain manager where she incubated Make the Dot, a product-led SaaS company solving collaboration problems for designers.
More recently she has taken on the role of Head of Product at an HSBC-backed start-up where she is helping fashion brands rethink how they manufacture products by integrating the physical and financial supply chains.
As an entrepreneur, she is passionate about solving tangible real-world problems.
Outside of venture building and product design, Emilie is a big fan of pottery making and cooking.
Based in Hong Kong, Taiwanese-American born Jonathan Jay Lee graduated with Departmental Honors in Illustration from Parsons School of Design. He is an award-winning illustrator whose clients have included Marvel Comics, Mercedes, San Miguel, Lamborghini, Lee Kum Kee, MINI, HSBC, Asics Tiger, Japan Tourism Board and Disney Plus. He has been a speaker at Apple, Creative Mornings, Congreso Tad, School of Creative Media, TEDx and is named World’s Best 200 Illustrators in Lürzer’s Archive. A former Professor, Jonathan has also designed and taught more than 20 courses in Illustration and Sequential Art.

Before founding PONS.ai, his international career has spanned across incredibly diverse industries: management consulting, investment banking, rock music and neuroscience. At the age of 25, he operated in strategy & operations along with the founders and CEO at Flashbay—overseeing 800 employees globally. Prior, he was an Associate at a Boston Consulting Group (BCG) company, Expand; FinTech Strategy Project Consultant at Deutsche Börse; and worked in equity derivatives at Bank of China International (BOCI).
Kelvin holds a BSc in Neuroscience from UCL, where he was supervised by the pioneering neuroscientist and founder of neuroaesthetics, Prof. Semir Zeki. He also holds a CEMS Master's double-degree in International Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and Università Bocconi in Milan, Italy.
Since 2015, Kelvin has had an interest in AI and blockchain and is a self-taught programmer in both javascript and python. Whilst a student, he co-founded and sang for PANDORA, an award-winning Hong Kong alternative rock band.
Kongkee is an award-winning animation director and comic artist based in Hong Kong. In recent years, he has been advocating a “Hong Kong Punk” sci-fi art style that is well received by the public.
He is a co-founder of Penguin Lab, an animation studio established since 2008. In 2015, in collaboration with the legendary Britpop group Blur, Kongkee created the comic book “Travel to Hong Kong with Blur” for the group’s album "The Magic Whip", which became a big hit in the art and music scene. “Comics Detournements: La littérature de Hong Kong en bande dessinée” (co-authored with Chihoi) also won wide acclaim in the international literary arts circle. Original comic and animation short “Dragon’s Delusion: Preface” received the Japanese TBS channel “22nd DigiCon6 Asia Grand Prize” in 2020. His most recent work “Flower in the Mirror”, an animation video installation, has been commissioned and is currently on view at the M+ Museum.
Queenie is the Founder & CEO of SyZyGy, a Cyberport incubated Metaverse company specializing in 3D experience related to extended reality (XR) and hologram technology, as well as Web 3.0 business model. Together with her global team, she has been enabling clients from multiple sectors by providing technological solutions, including Art Tech solutions, that can bring a better experience to users and eventually redefine our reality. While leading the team to continuously gain several industry recognitions, Queenie is also personally being recognized by Gen.T List as the 2021 honouree.
Before tech start-up experience, Queenie is a social entrepreneur focusing on cognitive health and wellbeing domain. Her past social entrepreneurial project was selected by Clinton Global Initiative. With a long-term advocacy in building a better world through tech and social innovation, she has recently been expanding her service offering to help with local tech talent cultivation and improve elderly wellbeing from a tech angle.

She is a columnist in digital medias in Hong Kong & Taiwan, the author of 《勇敢就能擁抱世界》, guest lecturer and speaker in universities on corporate innovation, career building and expansion.
The Blockbusters Lab co-founded by Rubio is a creative and incubating platform for launching digital collections and metaverse experiences, with a mission to help corporates, artists, and IPs alike to explore Web 3.0. With the advent of blockchain, blockbusters are not limited to movies, fiction, or stage performance. The term can be used to describe different viral and embraced experiences across Web 3.0 communities.

Peter Mok is the Head of the Greater Bay Area, Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation. Peter is responsible for steering HKSTP’s strategic direction and development in the Greater Bay Area. He is also accelerating joint efforts with stakeholders to promote innovation and technology.
Peter has over 30 years of experience and in-depth knowledge in technology commercialisation, corporate innovation, corporate merger and acquisition, venture capital investment, and C-Level executive recruitment. Prior to taking up his current role, he was the Head of Strategic Partnership and Incubation Programme, and set up a series of HKSTP start-up programmes, corporate venture fund, and corporate innovation initiatives.
